Sergeant Major of the Army
The squad personnel manager. Maintains squad roster, ensures promotion opportunities are presented to Generals for review and ensures members are fulfilling their obligations that accompany their rank and status in the squad. Does periodic reviews of roster and makes recommendations to Generals for replacement of members who become inactive or seem to have lost interest. Maintains stats as best as possible for members to suggest recommendations for awards and badges.
